No-cost coverage review

A coverage review and 15-minute phone consultation have no cost and no obligation to enroll. Submitting a request or booking an appointment does not enroll you in coverage or make insurance effective.

Insurance information

Website information is general. Product availability, premiums, benefits, networks, underwriting, and enrollment rules vary by product and state. Policy and plan documents govern coverage. No savings, eligibility, or coverage outcome is guaranteed.

Text-message permissions

JA Restaurant Consulting LLC offers separate opt-ins for coverage-review and appointment texts, including confirmations, reminders, missed-appointment notices and rescheduling; and for recurring automated marketing texts about health insurance services, coverage reviews, and follow-up invitations. Frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, and the program selected. Mobile-carrier message and data charges may apply. Marketing consent is not required to purchase a service or request a review.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to the sending number to end text messages. An unsubscribe confirmation may follow. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or (559) 553-4599. To opt in again, provide fresh consent through the applicable form.
